Kahera Terms of Use
Effective date: June 23, 2026
Kahera is available on iOS and Android. Your use of the app and any subscription purchase is also subject to the terms of the app store through which you downloaded or purchased it.
For the iOS app, Kahera uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Use of the Android app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Kahera Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available through Apple's in-app purchase system on iOS and Google Play's billing system on Android. Payment is charged to the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable app store. For Apple subscriptions, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Store-specific billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms apply.
Merchants may connect a supported Stripe account and use Kahera to request payment for physical goods and services. Stripe, not Kahera, provides payment processing, merchant onboarding, identity verification, settlement, refunds, and dispute handling. Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own agreements, prohibited-business rules, and pricing.
Stripe deducts its applicable processing fees. Kahera deducts a fixed application fee of 10 minor currency units—US$0.10, NZ$0.10, A$0.10, or CA$0.10—from each successful Stripe payment created through Kahera. These fees are deducted from merchant proceeds and are not added to the customer's displayed order total.
The remaining proceeds settle to the merchant's connected Stripe account according to Stripe's payout schedule, reserves, verification requirements, and account status. Kahera does not hold the merchant's Stripe balance.
Merchants are responsible for customer refunds, chargebacks, disputes, negative balances, taxes, receipts, and compliance with applicable laws and card-network rules. Refunds are currently managed through Stripe. Kahera's application fee is not automatically returned when a merchant refunds a payment, except where required by law or agreed by Kahera.
Payment methods and availability depend on the merchant's country, Stripe account, currency, device, browser, and customer eligibility. Kahera relies on Stripe's confirmed payment status when recording an order as paid.
