When you use Kahera, we may collect and store:

Account information, such as your email address and user ID

Inventory information, including product names, prices, costs,
stock quantities, and product photos

Order and sales information, including items sold, order totals,
payment status, and timestamps

App settings, usage limits, subscription status, and sync status

Subscription entitlement information provided by RevenueCat

Basic technical information required to provide authentication,
cloud sync, image hosting, and subscriptions
Kahera does not collect payment card details directly.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App
Store.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Save and sync inventory, orders, and reports
- Upload, optimize, display, and delete product images
- Track free plan usage limits
- Verify Pro subscription status
- Provide cloud backup and app functionality
- Improve reliability, security, and support
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
Kahera uses trusted third-party services to operate the app:
- Firebase Authentication for account login

- Firebase Cloud Functions for secure backend actions

Cloudinary for product image storage, optimization, and deletion
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management
- Apple App Store for subscription purchases on iOS
These services may process data as needed to provide their
functionality.
We require third-party service providers that process user data
for Kahera to protect that data in a manner consistent with this
Privacy Policy and applicable App Store privacy requirements.
Product Photos
If you add product photos, those images are uploaded to
Cloudinary. Images are optimized before upload where possible.
When an inventory item is deleted, Kahera attempts to delete the
related Cloudinary image to reduce retained storage.
Only photos you choose to upload are sent to Cloudinary.
Local Device Storage
Kahera may store inventory, orders, and settings locally on your
device to support offline use. Local data may remain on your
device until it is synced, cleared, or the app is removed.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure with a
passcode, biometric lock, or other device security features.
Subscriptions
Kahera Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple's in-app
purchase system. RevenueCat is used to verify whether your account
has an active Pro entitlement.
Kahera does not receive or store your full payment card
information.
Data Security
We use security measures designed to protect your data, including:
- Firebase Authentication for account access
- User-specific database access rules
- HTTPS encrypted network connections
- Server-side verification for subscription status
- Signed Cloudinary upload and delete operations

Restricted image deletion so users can only delete images under
their own account folder
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable
steps to protect the data used by the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data.
We may share data only as necessary to:

Provide app functionality through Firebase, Cloudinary,
RevenueCat, and Apple
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect the security and integrity of the app
Data Retention
We retain account, inventory, order, image, and subscription data
while your account is active or as needed to provide the app.
You may request deletion of your account or associated data by
contacting support.
Children's Privacy
Kahera is intended for business use and is not directed to
children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children.
Your Choices
You may:
- Use the free plan without purchasing a subscription
- Delete inventory items and product photos
- Sign out of your account
- Request account or data deletion
